All fine, but breakfast situation.

The staff was extremely friendly, and we enjoyed taking our large breed dog with us. The shuttle service to Universal Studios made our trip easy and fun—it’s a must-do! The lobby area was welcoming and nicely decorated, making us feel at home.

In my wife's opinion, the room could use a little updating. Storage space for families could be greater.

The larger king room was a true delight with ample space to relax and unwind. I loved starting my day with delicious breakfast options, even though I couldn't use all my vouchers! Plus, the outdoor pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sunshine after a busy day!
